Apple has revealed its new flagship iPhone 12 at tonight’s event. The new iPhone 12 comes in four different models, all with 5G connectivity support along with a new OLED screen for all the models. The new iPhone 12 features a Super Retina XDR display boasting twice the pixels than in iPhone 11.
The screen of iPhone 12 will reportedly be “tougher than any smartphone glass” due to the newly patented “Ceramic Shield”. The iPhone 12 will also feature a new charging device similar to the Apple watch charger. The new charger called the MagSafe will attach the iPhone to itself to charge the device. Apple also revealed a new type of charger which can simultaneously charge both the iPhone and the Apple Watch.
However, the new iPhones will not feature an adaptor in in box, instead only a USB cable will be provided when you purchase an iPhone 12. Apple has also revealed that the new iPhone will not come in with earpods. Additionally, the new iPhone 12 is going to be available in black, white, blue, red and green. The iPhone 12 will reportedly come in two variations, the iPhone 12 being sold at $799 while the iPhone 12 mini will sell at $699.
